MAINTAINABILITY |

Our experience in developing Memmo and Memmotalk has given us an insight in designing a first class admininstration interface so clients can control all aspect of their program. This reduces overhead. Many software design only provides customers a front end solution, but customers soon find that they need a back end administrative interface. Our administrative interface can include a content management system (CMS) so clients can edit contents anytime. Another aspect of our back end functions can simply be deleting users, data and monitor statistics without having the need to re-code.

| We have learned that testing workflow and programming are as important as writing them. Regardless of the time spent on programming the code, we spend 2x more on testing. We expect our clients to test along with us to see if functionality and work flow efficiency are maximized and bugs minimized. Our back end interface allows clients and programmers to communicate and keep up to date regarding what has be changed by the coder(s). Our interface makes it easy for customers to see what work has be done as well as lets them request changes directly. Our reliablity and delivery are enhanced through this method. |

| ADMINISTRATION MAINTENANCE |
| Client may find that after being handed the project, they have no control over their own website. This is not true with our work. With our administrative system, customers can choose to do simple maintenance and edit their own website contents using our custom content management system. Our administrative system also includes a communication system so clients can monitor the status of their website. |
